By using LinkLift (the website, API, and Chrome extension), you agree to these terms.

The service

LinkLift provides AI-assisted drafting for LinkedIn comments, replies, and messages. You remain responsible for reviewing and posting any content. We do not post on your behalf.

Accounts and credits

• You must provide accurate account information.
• Credits are consumed when you generate content (including media-assisted generations).
• Purchased credits are non-transferable. Refunds are handled case-by-case for failed payments.
• We may rate-limit or suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Acceptable use

• Do not use LinkLift to spam, harass, or mislead others.
• Comply with LinkedIn’s User Agreement and applicable laws.
• Do not reverse engineer, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

AI content

Suggestions are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or inappropriate. You must edit and approve content before posting. We are not responsible for outcomes of content you publish.

Intellectual property

LinkLift branding, software, and documentation remain our property. You retain rights to content you create and post.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
